Oh I'm SO excited , I can't hide it any longer . I found out from the sekai forum on the tracklisting of abingdon boys school JAPAN TOUR 2008 aka their 1st concert DVD & I'm very thrilled over it .

The DVD footage was recorded during their performance at Zepp TOKYO on Feb 29th '08 performance at Zepp TOKYO .

This's just brillant brillant brillant ! They did all the songs from their self titled debut album , they also included 4 of the B sides taken from their 1st 4 singles & YES they did a cover of Luna Sea's Sweetest Coma Again !!

You don't see situations like this everyday where a band got to perform their whole album & did all the B sides too .

Man this's 1 heck of a DVD I MUST GET when it's going to be released in Japan on 16th July '08 . I hope there will be an OS press of it as I'm not willing to shell out so much on a DVD .

Only thing missing's the covers of the DVD . I wonder how does it gonna look like but something tells me it's gonna be the abs's symbol but we'll see !

I just found out that 1 of my fave musicians Maksim has already released his 5th album Pure II & his 1st greatest hits album Greatest Maksim & I didn't even know any details surrounding both albums :O

I called the local HMV to ask whether do they have any stock on both albums but zlich so I ordered both online earlier on . I ordered Greatest Maksim from HMV Japan as HK's didn't list it on their site while I ordered Pure II from music merchanise UK as Pure II's only available for sale in UK damn it .

I have all of his albums & I know I'm such a groupie . I was brought up with classical music when I was a kid but somewhere down the line , I rebelled as I find it stuffy & boring but thanks to Maksim & also Bond , I'm enjoying classical music of a different kind .

I can't stand long boring classical scores as they will put me to sleep in a bad way so thank god for both acts .

I haven't listen to Maksim & Bond's material for a while . Gonna dust away my CDs of both acts & take a refresher course like now !

The reason why I've been MIA for quite a while is due to exams ! Last week was my study break & yesterday and earlier on today were my exam papers & now I'm FREE ... for a mere week or so :S but still better than nothing YAY

With the extra free time on hand , I think I will be hitting the gym more often than before & not to mention catch up on the DVDs that I bought from the past 2 weeks or so .

It's quite funny to say the least in that whenever I'm having school , I want to do things that I want to do during my spare time but yet I don't really have much spare time on hand during my school days & now that I'm on a week break or so before the new trimester starts , I have suddenly so much time on hand that it's quite madness to think about on how to pass time at this point in time .

& oh I have bought my ticket to see The Click Five woo hoo . Did that last Fri & my goodness , almost 80 - 85 % of the $71 tickets were sold out when I went to buy the tickets :O

Luckily I decided to buy them last week because I think if I were to get them sometime this week , it probably might be too late .

I bumped into an unexpected person on the bus eariler on this afternoon when I decided to make my way to King Albert Park's Cold Storage & it's none other than TingRen .

I'm surprised she still can recongise me after the last time I saw her . Turns out that she was on her way to school .

She asked me eariler on why I was fed up with the local music scene . My words might have been taken outta context or something but just to set the record straight , I'm not . It's just that I have different preferences in music now & not to mention whether or not I want to help out in the scene as much as what happened in the past at this point in time , I doubt it .

Things do happen & change for a reason . For my case partially as to why I made a quiet exit from the scene last Oct , it was due to the fact that I detest doing something which took a lot outta me & yet I don't receive due credit when it's due . Asking someone to say thank you to me personally's something that's not hard to do is it ?

I'm not naming any names in the local music scene since I do listen to a wide spectrum of acts aside from dear Electrico & Lunarin but something's different now I feel & I hate it when bands get too snooty for my liking . They sometimes forget that once success comes in their way , they forget the very people who helped & supported them since the beginning aka the fans .

Like just now I saw that The Great Spy Experiment's gig at Esplanade Recital Studio which's taking place on 25th this month has been sold out . I'm happy for them but when I 1st know that they're going to stage a gig at Esplanade , I don't have any intentions to go & purchase tickets despite the fact that I like their music .

In anycase before I get anymore bitchy , I found out yesterday that 1 of my all time fave acts abingdon boys school's gonna release their very 1st concert DVD titled abingdon boys school JAPAN TOUR 2008 in Japan on 17th July , Wed !

The DVD will comprise of the band's Feb 29th '08 performance from Zepp Tokyo & it will feature a guest performance from Home Made Kazoku's MICRO which means to say that LOST REASON will be included in the tracklisting since that's the only song that MICRO contribute his rapping vocals to YAY

I'm definitely sure that there will gonna be an OS press of the DVD . I mean , if Sony BMG can do an OS press for abs's debut album , I don't see why they can't do the same for the DVD .

Oh man I so can't wait to see the tracklisting & the DVD cover !! I hope they included INNOCENT SORROW , HOWLING , Nephilim & BLADE CHORD in the pic !

& HMV HK has just released on their website that the HK press of Koda Kumi's Black Cherry Tour DVD's available for preorder as it's gonna be out in HK next Tue !

I'm still thinking on whether to preorder from HMV HK or not as I have no idea how long Warner will bring in stock with regards to the DVD . Somemore with the whole stupid censorship board taking such a fucking time to watch & censor ayumi hamasaki's Tour Of Secret DVD , I'm considering whether I want to go & order the Black Cherry tour DVD or not .

So the weekend has flew by & during the past 2 days , I overdosed or should I say over-ate on the following items :

- seafood dinner at Palm Beach @ 1 Fullerton on Sat night . Was my 1st time having dinner at Palm Beach . Dinner was great & so's the surroundings of 1 Fullerton . I been there only once many years ago & it's still so beautiful !

I never seen such big $ bag dumplings & fried yuotian squid fritters in my life til Sat night

- Korean snacks that Hui Li & my mum brought/bought back home from their vacation . I'm currently addicted to the Lotte Dream Cacao chocolate 'pills' as Yee Ma used to bring bottles of them back home whenever she return back to S'pore from Korea & also shredded dried cuttlefish . Argh the Dream Caco's my current downfall at the moment !

I managed to finish watching the Muse's H.A.A.R.P DVD last night which they performed at Wembley last June on the 17th . Great show & argh I so want to rob frontman Matthew cos of his guitars . For a guy who changes 3 guitars within a short 4 songs span , it's crazy .

I wanted to order Mute Math's Reset EP off ebay but after been outbid by people where the price has skyrocketed to a rather high price at this moment , I decided not to . Besides I want to start to cut down on my online purchases as I want to save up to get my Click Five's tickets !

Hui Li said that we should probably get them this week & I think more or less we'll be getting the $71 ones .

So this week's my study break as I'm supposed to be preparing for my exams which're going to take place next week & as usual , I'm so lazy & have always leave everything to the last min . I know it's a very very bad habit & right now I'm still munching shredded dried cuttlefish away .

I think I better start to prepare somewhere later on at night . I seem to be able to study & to absorb things better at night . Maybe in my past life , I was an owl .

Oh finally I managed to get hold of OS press of ayumi's Asia Tour Of Secret '07 DVD & this's expensive , I shelled out $54.95 for it when I went to HMV yesterday ! I could have ordered it online from HMV HK since that's where the stock was imported from but my stand's that if I die die cannot find what I'm looking for in S'pore , then I will get it online .

I also bought a copy of Muse's H.A.A.R.P CD + DVD as well as YUI's I LOVED YESTERDAY for Hui Li . Sony BMG must be doing something right as the OS press hit stores in S'pore just a mere 2 days after it was released in Japan !

I did saw the Japan import of the album & it's insane , $72 for a CD only edition :O while I paid a mere $21.95 for the OS press & somemore it comes with a DVD !

I'm still deciding which DVD to watch this weekened , should I go for Muse's H.A.A.R.P or ayumi's one ? I think to solve the dilemna , it's better to watch both during the weekend haha !

Prior to this , I went to meet Dan for lunch as yesterday it was the last day of my trimester & usually on Fri's , I will finish school at noon but yesterday classes ended at 5.45pm for me & between noon - 3.45pm , I have absolutely no idea on what to do & since I needed a way or so to kill some time so I thought why not & besides I haven't seen Dan for a while as both of us have been so busy , be it in school or work .

I was supposed to meet him last week but something cropped up at the last min for his case so I thought this week will be much better especially since this was the last week of my trimester before I embark on my study break as exams are coming for me !

Anyway it was fun to see him once more since the both of us have been so busy in either school or work , it wasn't funny to begin with but at least I still keep in contact with him but it's cool . Yesterday he updated me on several things , some are pleasant while some are not .

I'm refusing to say anything as it's private . I used to be a big mouth on here but not anymore . I'm just grateful for the stuff that he told me yesterday during lunch & for the record Dan , I'm not a goody goody as what you might assume to be :P

I'm considering to vamp up my image in the near future but only time will tell :) Not in a slutty manner but I see how things goes heh heh

I don't know if it's the mild flu that I got which led me to have a rather bad bad pissy mood this morning/afternoon but basically today's post's all about ranting on anything which pissed the hell outta me .

- I don't understand why people can't be bothered to bring umbrellas to school/work when they have huge big ass bags to begin with . It seems silly to me since an umbrella will take up barely little space or so inside the contents of their stupid bags

- I cannot understand when some people can just scroll into the lecture halls bringing nothing except their fucking self & their phone . You might as well don't come to school to begin with & sleep in your house with a book underneath your pillow/bed

- people who "blog bash" so & so in their respective own blogs are pathetic to begin with especially with regards to music/video reviews & certain artistes . Why do they do that in the 1st place ? it's stupid & it makes you wonder as to why they do that . For the fun of it ? I think so . That's why when comes to my music blog , I only will review & talk about my fave artistes . It's pointless to talk about some acts that I don't like as I will have a tendency to blast them into outer space

- people who wears short skirts/shorts when they themselves don't have the figure to flaunt them in the 1st place . Somebody should send this group of people to some courses on how to wear & dress according to their shape . You wouldn't want to be a rice dumpling if you wear something figure hugging , that's just so wrong on all levels !

Hmm ... I think that should be about it . The more I go on , the worst my temper's gonna be & at least now I know , NO Milo before bedtime ! & you think alcohol's bad .

So today is the 10th anniversary of ayumi hamasaki ! it has been exactly 10 years when her debut single Poker Face was released at this very date which's like wow . Everyone in the sekai is throwing virtual parties to celebrate her 10th anniversary in the business . I joined in the fun & it's really cool .

Yee Ma was talking to me on MSN yesterday since she went back to Korea . She asked me to extend an invitation to view my blog which I flatly rejected . I might sound like a total bitch but in reality so far I never met anyone who's more emotionless & bitchy than me . The image that I portrayed in real life might seem otherwise but in reality , it's contrasting .

In addition , I hate busybodies . It's annoying & frustating when whatever I write on here , she will report it to my mum ! so I decided the next best alternative is to make my blog private once & for all .

Oh speaking about anniversaries , next month on the 13th is Ken Ken's well 13th anniversary in the music business ! Wow , I wonder whether will he be doing anything special to mark his 13th year in the business . I don't think he might be doing anything but he die die should do something for a 15th anniversary !

I really really hope he will put out a full Eng album as like what Babyface said , he can be an international hit if only he sing in Eng . If Ken Ken were to do that a few years ago , at least time's still on his side but now I think it's a bit too late :(

Oh well guess I have to make do with his Ken's Bar album among the numerous cover songs that he did . Time to slip into his rendition of The Eagles's Desperado yay

& speaking about Ken Ken , Shuji left me an offline message saying that he has mailed out the parcel containing all the stuff that I asked him to get for me yesterday afternoon , psyched !

Surprise surprise my dad decided to go back to my maternal grandma's place after all . I thought he would throw a hissy or is it sissy fit as he initially wanted to bring me & Hui Lin out for dinner but eventually he decided to go back to my grandma's place to play mahjong .

Just now was the last time I'm able to see Yee Ma in person as she has headed back to Korea . I'm not sure when will I be able to see her again , she told me if possible she might be coming back Dec this year .

It was good to see all of my maternal relatives earlier on & not to mention I missed my grandma's cooking !

It's funny but when I was a kid , I always take people & things for granted . Now that I'm older & hopefully more wiser , it's a different thing altogether . I remembered I used to go back to my maternal grandma's house every Sun as my parents would head back to play mahjong & my grandma would cook dinner .

But as the years goes by , her health hasn't been the same & it pains me to see my grandma getting on , age wise but I'm just lucky that she's able to see me grow up since young , not to mention my paternal grandparents too .

Ooh I'm gonna be excited in the days to come . My new Japanese friend Shuji informed me to say that the whole stack of Ken Ken's fanclub booklets that I asked him to buy on my behalf has arrived in his house eariler on today wheeeee .

I purchased vol20 from him via ebay a month ago & asked him to get somemore past issues of fanclub booklet from yahoo japan which he obliged . Not to mention I snagged the latest special issue of CD Data magazine which features solely on dear Ken Ken which I won the bid via ebay this afternoon :D

I paid a rather sizeable amount to Shuji earlier on & he said that he would shipped out the items that I asked him to get on my behalf tomorrow so most probably I will get it somewhere end of the week or maybe at most early next week .

Ooh can't wait for them to arrive now :D I want to see the postcard pic inside vol19 as it's fake star inspired , lush !

After much consideration , I decided to make my blog private once & for all . It got to a point where I got so sick in that people will come on here & read whatever I wrote & transmit it to other people . ie. A will tell B , B will tell C , you get the drift .

I did thought of shutting it down but I thought it will be a big waste since I have been blogging for quite a long time so the next best alternative's to make it private so if you're 1 of the sibei lucky ones to receive an invite from me , then you're in luck er I guess .

The straw that practically broke the camel's back for me was when my mum's older sister told my mum that I've been buying things online no thanks to what I wrote on here . So eariler on during dinner , I told her straight in the face that I will be shutting down my blog .

I didn't say indirectly that it's her that caused me to get into trouble with my mum but my aunt herself know that she's the one who told my mum about it .

I might sound like a spoilt pampered brat but I get extremely agitated when people try to poke their nose into my own affairs . Especially when people like my aunt & my mum's boss will report to my mum on what I write .

+ now with the fact that my blog's in private mode , all the more I can bitch on even more things than ever . Like saying who suck in my Uni campus & that kinda thing . Ok maybe not as that's such a low life thing to do .

Sistic has finally released details to Click Five's upcoming concert in S'pore . Like about time . After reading the details to their concert which's gonna take place on June 1st , I'm having 2nd thoughts on whether I want to go for it .

I did said initally that I don't mind to pay $101 bucks to see them perform but now I'm considering not to & might not even go for it simply because the $101 priced tickets are free standing . I think the $71 tickets are seating which I don't mind .

Plus , my concern's whether do I have school the following day as 1st June's a Sun . I have to check my new timetable when it's gonna be released next Tue morning . If I don't have school on a Mon in the new trimester , then cool I will go for it . If not , then I will not go for it .

I used to include my blog addresses in my email signatures but this morning I decided to remove them from my Hotmail & Yahoo email addresses as I found out that my mum's boss's reading my blog :O . I was shocked when my mum told me that . Now that's a 1st for me ala my mum's boss's reading my blog !

Not sure if this's happening on a regular basis but heck a blog's a blog . Any Tom , Dick & Henry can read it so if you're here , hi Miss Yap :D

My mum was nagging at me as usual not to write any funny things on here as Miss Yap will be reading & not to mention report whatever I write to her . Gawd , I don't know if it's a good or bad thing but if that's the case , I better pack up & go to update my music blog on a full time basis now .

Well it's true that sometimes I do get carried away & write un-necessary stupid things in the past but from these mistakes I made , I learnt what not to do again & from there I just move on & carry on with life as usual .

I remembered at 1 point in time , it got too personal for my liking so now I decided to keep a little bag of secrets inside the safety of my mind . That way , it keeps the suspense of certain issues . Plus , it spoils the fun of some things so I will leave it as it's for now .
