The concert started around 7.35pm & Corrinne's accompanied by the SYC Ensemble Singers , Joshua Wan (bass) , Kenn Chua (guitars) , Wen Ming Soh (drums) , Kavin Hoo (keys/music director) , Reggie Perera (percussion) & a string ensemble & oh I must add , Kavin's also her husband/producer & he mastered & produced all of Corrinne's albums as well !

Corrinne walked into stage wearing a classy blue halter gown with slits at the back & I must say she's very pretty & more gorgeous in real life . She sat at her piano & kicked off with a great redition of Slient Night , followed by the upbeat Hark The Herald Angels Sing & O Come O Come Emmanuel .

Here & there , she paused to talk to the audience , recounted some amusing xmas stories & she really knows how to joke in a good way .

If you have Corrinne's CDs or know how she sounds like on records , let me tell you , she sounds exactly the same when she sang live yesterday night ! I know , she's damn good & doesn't lip synch at all . I mean how often can artistes boost about this accode? In that what you hear on a CD is exactly the same as what you get in a performance.

Followed by O Come O Come Emmanuel , she did Be Thou My Vision , What Child Is This & a song taken from her 2nd album Safe In A Crazy World which was Angel In Disguise . The only song that she did from her previous record .

I was hoping that she would do more songs from her Safe In A Crazy World record but alas that didn't happened . At least she in a way more than make up for it by doing new songs from her upcoming brand new album which's scheduled to hit stores somewhere next year & it's tentatively titled Beautiful Seed .

& yup after she did a great somewhat rockish redition of Angel In Disguise , she did Beautiful Seed & In The Bleak . Now , the song title's In The Bleak , it's supposedly to be longer but the last few words or so , I didn't catch it so apologises .

After which , it was followed by What Child Is This before a 15 mins intermission took place aka break time . In which after the break , she will be backed up by a choir group in which she said that it should be fun .

Both me & Ah Yee went outside the concert hall , I asked her whether does she liked Corrinne's performance & she said that she doesn't :( cos according to Ah Yee , Corrinne seems to be swallowing her words whenever she does her own reditions of xmas songs & that she can't hear what Corrinne's singing about . Geez

But you know what ? To each his own . I mean the artistes that I like to listen & all , you might not like them so no point in arguing with her about this somewhat petty matter & besides music's subjective , period .

After the intermission , Corrinne's back onstage & her husband Kavin who plays the keyboards , sometimes plays the piano into the final stretch of her set & it's just Corrinne sitting on a stool , just singing away which was great .

& this time , she's backed up by a choir group where she proceeded onto doing Hail Mary , Angels We Have Heard On High in which I really like it & then O Come All Ye Faithful .

Followed by supposedly a new song from Corrinne , in the form of Do You Hear What I Hear , the beautiful haunting The Answer & another new song On My Way in which she mentioned it's the 1st time that everyone in the audience hears this song yay & everyone appluaded when that was said .

& then she did another new song which's called 5 Note & 2 Fishes . Er that's what I think lah & she closed the set with the perfect song , Joy To The World . Or not .

After she finished , everyone started to clap even louder than before cos WE WANT ENCORE WE WANT ENCORE & sure enough , she was back on stage once again & the last 2 songs that she did , it's just her sitting on the stool with her husband backing her up on piano . Just like that , it's such a simple yet classy music arrangment .

But before that , she being a natural , thanked everyone profusely from the camera men , to the sound crew , to the musicians that accompanied & backed her up , her parents that were somewhere in the audience yesterday night to her & her husband's piano teachers & haha she recounted some horrible stories with her teacher & that she drove her teacher up the wall back then heh heh

For Corrinne's encore set , she did My Grown Up Christmas List & Have Yourself A Lil' Merry Christmas before eventually calling a night & I have to say that she blown me away big time , she has a great distinct voice just like Evanescence's Amy Lee , Lunarin's Linda (yes Linda I know no need to thank me heh heh :) ) & she rocks playing the piano while singing & hopefully when she returned back to S'pore the next time , she will play more songs from her new album in which I really can't wait to get my hands on a copy that's for sure !

So after her concert was wrapped up for the night , almost everyone made their way to the foyer cos she was staging an autograph session there & I tell you , almost 300 people or so queued up just to get her to sign things . I think even afer I left , Corrinne was still there signing things away & also taking pics with her fans too ! Man...

Apparently when she staged a post autograph session last year at The Esplanade as well , the turnout was almost the same as yesterday night . Well that was what I heard from a staff working there & the people assisting Corrinne are smart !

Why ? cos there was this lady walking down the crowd & she was tearing pieces of paper from her small notebook in asking folks to write down their names & passed the slips of paper to Corrinne later on when she sees them & in which when she get them autographed in which I thought it's good.

I join the queue at 9.50pm or so & I waited almost 2 hours before Corrinne signed my things but it was worth the wait & to think initally I wanted to leave my 2 CDs ( I didn't bought her debut Fly Away) in Ah Yee's car ! Thank goodness I didn't & it was so nice in finally meeting Corrinne upclose & personal .

I told her that now & then , I would leave comments on her MySpace site & that the performance she staged eariler was magnificient & a class affair on its own .

Finally left the place with Ah Yee at almost close to midnight & I felt bad that she had to wait alongside with me . Well sorta & no offense to her but I realised that if you go to such performances/gigs with people , it's no fun at all cos they don't really know how to appericate & join in the fun in more ways or another & I could tell that Ah Yee didn't really enjoyed the concert :S

Next time , it's best to go alone or just grab someone with the same music interests with you then . That will be more fun or alternative , just go on your own . At least you don't need to wait for people in the toilet , wait for people to arrive til eventually they didn't showed up cos for some last min events that cropped up at the 11th hour , etc etc.

But I appericate the fact that Ah Yee was willing to spend the evening yesterday night with me in attending Corrinne May's concert . Hui Li would love to go but as usual , football occupied her time -.- & when I got back home , she was saying that she didn't watched it at the end damn

But I more than in a way make it up for her by giving her an autographed Corrinne May pamplet which made Hui Li really happy seeing that she's also a fan of Corrinne's music too.

But yeah I really enjoyed every single min of Corrinne's concert yesterday night . What better way than to end the year with attending & watching her performance & you bet this's not the last gig/performance/concert that I'm attending .

In a way or so , this's how I party cos I mean I don't like to go to clubs/discos/pubs so yup this's my own way of partying aka going to cool gigs/performances/concerts & you know what ? this's only the beginning & I possibly should coin up a term for it . Mmm... I don't know "par-gig" ? With the combination words of party & gig , geddit ?

Madness , ever since I started 'partying' in Aug this year , this has been a non stop affair but I'm not complaining . I enjoyed all the gigs that I attended so far . In fact I definitely will have more to attend & 'party' next year . So far I have already more or less confirmed with 2 gigs next year in which I'm looking foward to .

Of course , there has to be a limit in everything & thankfully , my parents are ok with me attending such gigs as long as it doesn't affect my studies , let her know where I'm going & such but I know my limits at the end of the day cos you can't expect me to attend every single gig of Lunarin or Electrico . That will be crazy cos at the end of the day , they will still be doing the same 'ol same 'ol lineup of songs . Also it depends on day/time/venue as well.

& it's always fun , turning up at gigs & showing apperication & support for my friends & also the bands/musicians that specially takes time & effort to put up great shows for everyone to watch.

Went to watch The Holiday which stars Cameron Diaz , Jude Law , Kate Winslet , Jack Black & surprisely , the movie's really long clocking at almost close to 2 1/2 hours & initally I wanted to go to Jurong Point to pick up some new jewellery at Perlini Silver but that plan had to be shelved cos by the time The Holiday ended , it was quite late so a while later , I went back home.

The Holiday's a really nice movie , talks about love , rejection & the dreaded heart break when you discovered the guy you have been carrying a torch for 3 bloody long years , finally got engaged not to you but someone else which really sucks & not to mention he has been 2 timing with your feelings all this while . Both Cameron & Kate's characters have been having problems with their love life so what do they do ? They switch places , houses , surroundings everything for 2 weeks .

Cameron's character went to live at UK in the cottage countryside while Kate's character moved to LA & stay at a very posh crib . Unexpected things happened at both countries & both of them eventually found love at the most unexpected places.

Certain portions of the movie were a bit draggy but overall I enjoyed watching it . It's cool.

When I got back home , I saw a mail on my table . Jenny sent me a xmas card + a custom made keychain for me . Aw I really like it , thanks a bunch Jenny . Much appericated :)

Tomorrow , another gig to catch aka Christmas With Corrinne May ! Am psyched about it cos it will be the 1st time that I will be catching this extremely talented local act who has been based in LA but now she's back once again in S'pore to stage a sold out concert at The Esplanade Concert Hall tomorrow night , awesome !

Forgot to add yesterday that after I went to meet Dan , I went to Cold Storage , the Jelita outlet & I made my way to the 2nd story where Times Bookshop was located & haha I behaved like a kid aka there was 1 section they allocated where they were selling Sandylion stickers & I went nuts when I saw it cos I love Sandylion stickers & went ahead to buy 12 strips of stickers each strip cost me S$2.50 each.

Luckily I have enough $ in my wallet cos everything cost S$30 .

Woo hoo Hui Li & Hema found out this morning from the net on which JC they will be enrolled into for the next 3 months for the JC dry run trial & both of them will be enrolled in Jurong JC but different streams . Hui Li opted for Science stream while Hema's Art stream.

Real happy for the both of them , congrats . Hui Li was jumping up & down like a bunny eariler in the morning when she found out about the 'verdict' this morning haha & she's still waiting from my dad in that she wants to get a phone & I think there's a high chance she might get a phone from him lah

& yup Dan's right , Hui Li couldn't sleep well the night before & she even woke up at 5am today cos she was so bloody nervous . So for today she & Hui Lin went out to celebrate in watching Eragon.

& woo just found out this piece of news from William on the latest Electrico's blog entry he did up on MySpace & among the things he mentioned is this : "We will be having our very own full set concert next year on 2nd March 2007. So look out for it as tickets start selling from 22nd Dec for early birds! "

yay this's fanastic & haha you bet that I will be getting myself tickets to watch Electrico's full set concert on that day . & yes yes Hui Li wanna tag along with me ! I know by then I will already be back in Uni but 2nd March's a Fri so chances are more or less I will be able to go for it.

Just now sent an email to Carrie Chong at 987FM cos she's doing Say It With Music & wahaha , she read out my email request/dedication 10 mins later :O . Damn shiok lor . I requested for Hello & dedicated the song to the whole gang wishing them a safe trip to KL cos they're leaving tomorrow & cheekily further mentioned they better tell me their adventures & misadventures when they return back safe & sound next Mon ehehe but wah , damn cool lor to heard my real name slash Eng name being read out by Carrie eariler.

& yup managed to find more details about the upcoming full set concert from MySpace & this's what I got :

Took some time off & left the house mid afternoon cos I went to meet up with Daniel at his workplace . Initally wanted to meet him at 3.30pm but I SMS'd him & pushed the timing back to 4pm instead cos I wanted to go to the arcade before that haha . Luckily he was ok with it phew

& off I went , together with the last 2 bags of xmas pressies that had been sitting in my room for the past weeks or so & it was quite a chore in lugging the 2 bags with me especially to the arcade cos it's not bcos' it's heavy . Rather it's quite troublesome seeing that the bags are quite big so it was pretty weird when I brought that along with me to the arcade.

I left the arcade around 3.20pm & took the MRT to my destination . It took me almost 35 mins to reach where Dan's workplace is located at & by the time I got outta Outram Park , it was almost 4pm in which I knew I was in trouble cos it will take another 5-10 mins to walk to where his workplace's.

I reached Dan's workplace around 4.05pm & seeing that he's still upstairs at his workplace , I SMS'd him telling that I have arrived & am downstairs waiting for him while listening to Vanessa Anne Hudgens's V album on my mp3 & a few moments later after he got my message , he came downstairs in due time.

Was so nice to see Dan again & we headed to Whatever Cafe which's just located next to his workplace to grab a coffee & catch up on things & surprisely he didn't suspect anything on why I lugged 2 big bags with me eariler on haha

I went ahead to order a Cappuccino which's possibly my fave coffee drink (I love it ever since I drank a cup of it when I was in Genting) & he went ahead to get himself a Latte & without hesitation , I told him that those 2 big bags of xmas pressies which're on the floor now are for him & the rest of Electrico + Leonard too of course .

& I was cajoling him to open his pressie , the one that was the most tedious for me in trying to gift wrap in which I used 2 sheets of wrapping paper & mind you , it's all done by trial & error cos my gift wrapping skills are horrible to begin with but thank goodness it eventually turned out well . Hui Li didn't lent me a hand in helping -.-

I told him that his xmas pressie's from me & a little bit of help from Hui Li haha cos Hui Li wanted me to say that . When I told Hui Li later on what I said , she was giving me the face . Hey better than not saying what...

Before Dan went onto opening his pressie , I was telling him to guess what's inside & he actually was able to guess it right aka his guess was a pillow :O . I was going , ' I don't know' & gave him an innocent look haha in which he opened it at the end & yay he likes what I gave him woo hoo & yup dude , xmas comes early for you & the rest of Electrico ! & in case you're wondering what I got for Dan , it's a cow cushion that I bought from Genting :)

Come to think about it , I think Dan was quite surprised when I told him the 2 bags are for him & the rest of the band & it's pretty cool seeing his reaction when he saw what's his pressie that's & phew thank goodness he like it not to mention the card that I attached to it too & the little message that I wrote inside there . Well he has to like it cos it comes from me & Hui Li had a hand in choosing whether to give him a smaller or bigger cow cushion haha

Was telling him that he should probably put the cow cushion in his bed but he told me that he's probably gonna put it at the back of his sofa or chair at home aww & I gave Leonard & the rest cute mini snowglobes in which I bought all of them from my fave shop in Genting that's called Lovely Lace.

What actually happened is that I wanted to get the same pressies for everyone but unfortunately or not , there were only 5 snowglobes left when I went to buy them at Lovely Lace . I was going dammit & in a way was searching frantically for Dan's gift.

Lovely Lace was actually selling a rather idiotic looking cow bolster in which it looked like a fat sausage dog & it's not that cute to begin with . + it will be quite difficult for me to gift wrap it myself . Other cow inspired things that I saw in Genting were a retard looking clay coin bank , an ayam brand cheapo plastic coin bank & lots of soft toys but something tells me that not worth it to get the soft toys cos I know that Dan will surely have a lot of such cow toys stuffed inside his big cupboard at home !

& what do you know I was right haha & eventually I went to this shop in Genting which were selling really cute cow cushions but the one that I initally wanted to get for him , there was only 1 left & it was quite dirtied so at the end had no choice but to get him the bigger size one . So far I haven't seen any shops in S'pore selling the cow cushions so it's a good sign !

But ah it's great that Dan likes it & he went on to say that he will pass the rest of the xmas pressies to the rest tomorrow night when he sees them for jamming . Hope they will like what I gave them :)

As usual it's always lovely chatting with Dan face to face & in a way I can't help but feel a bit paiseh that he purposedly had to take some time off from his busy work schedule just to do all this but still I really appericate it , thanks a lot dude !

Among the things we talked were about ZoukOut or should I say what happened before ZoukOut took place & oh my god , horrors of horrors ! Dan was narrating to me on a series of unfortunate events when he checked into 1 of the hotels in Sentosa !

Yikes , didn't know that he was being treated horribly when he checked into the hotel room & basically the services that the hotel offered to him were really bad . Quite surprised cos on the outside , the hotel looked really lovely & gorgeous but on the inside , wah , c.m.i big time aka Cannot Make It .

At most the hotel should have offered basic decent amentities lah & somemore to stay there for a night is bloody ex aka S$260 a night . Meh , looks like that's the 1st & last time Dan will be staying in there . Whereas for me , eariler when I logged into Sentosa's official website , he was right man .

The hotel he mentioned to me eariler , the outside's so nice & gorgeous . Hard to believe the inside of the hotel's a sharp contrast to the outside surroundings gee..

Was also telling him that next month I will be resuming Uni again but this time the new campus will be shifted to Tiong Bahru instead of Toa Payoh . I'm not exactly sure which part of Tiong Bahru though . My programme executive Kit said that it's near the Tiong Bahru MRT station & around Tiong Bahru Plaza . Hmmm... I'm not so sure about this but next week I will go & find out the exact location of where the new campus will be located at .

But yup I did told him about this & next time should I wanna pop by his workplace , it will be super near , just a MRT stop away woo hoo & he was saying that next time if I'm around the area , he will treat me to some nice chow seeing that his workplace , there're quite a lot of coffee shops/restaurants so of course dude I don't mind , at all :)

Was telling him that my new semester should opened on 11th Jan instead of 8th which's 2 days shy of my 20th B'day but too bad that wouldn't happen . Only in dreamland & was moaning on my new timetable too . I don't like it but what to do ? At least unlike way back in my 1st sem in ITE , I don't need to stay back every weekday til almost 6pm except for Fri . Now that I will surely mati !

& I showed him pics of Octako that're stored in my phone & he said that he once saw a tomato phone holder somewhere -.- Erm right interesting..

What else ? ... ooh yes further more details of the Rock The World gig in which it will be taking place this Sat at KL , Malaysia & nope , I'm not going for obvious reasons & also I can always catch Electrico's performance another time , I don't have to go for every single gig cos they basically play the same standard set of songs for the past few gigs that I attended so yeah . I'm not some nut as to I have to go for every single gig for the sake of going . Now that's stupid.

Apparently everyone's leaving on Fri afternoon & shiok lah , the coach will arrive where the recording studio's located at . So good man , initally I thought everyone has to go to some designated place to board the coach . Damn

& yes folks , Hip City's officially available in Malaysia now . Well that's in the days/weeks to come so if you're living in Malaysia , head onto the nearest CD stores & get a copy or 2.
Aside from this , I also asked Dan what's the difference between being featured on a song & a duet . Like is there any ability to differentiate cos obviously I haven't got a clue . Like how I know where an artiste's being featured or whether a duet's being done but sad to say there's no hard & fast rule to it . Oh well at least I asked.

& also I told him that I'm going to Genting AGAIN in the weeks to come & that my mum wouldn't be following this time as she's gonna be heading to Taiwan real soon with her 2 sisters & heh heh was saying that with my mum not tagging along , my dad will be at the casino the whole day while he will leave the 3 of us alone to do our own things & .... stuff hee

He gave me the face when I said that to him in that I'm going to head to Genting & even said that it's insane & Genting should probably hire me to do PR for them aha . Not me lah but they should employ my dad instead.

I told that Hui Li's gonna know the verdict of her JC posting results tomorrow & that she's hoping to get into Science Stream & haha was casually telling Dan that should Hui Li needs help in General Paper , she can go & ask him for help ehehe since he used to be in JC & the funny thing's that Hui Li always assumed that he was from Victoria JC . No leh he's not.

At most I can help her in Econs here & there but Dan was kind enough to give me some food for thoughts about GP in that I narrated them to Hui Li just now even though it doesn't really help that much but hey better than nothing what.

I was reminiscing about my old sec school life & days to Dan & even bothered to tell him that I was a serious slacker back in the old days in that I only got 3 credits for the 'O's & they're only C6s in which I failed English of all & he was really surprised cos he couldn't tell at all , on the grades that I scored during my ITE days & currently in my new Uni life too that's. & in time to come , should I be taking any law related subjects (in which I will but not anytime soon) , I can go & ask for his help & also Linda's too yay

Dude while you're at it , maybe you can try helping me in English as well haha

Was saying that I'm probably a late bloomer when comes to studies cos that's what my Eng lecturer for the 1st semester in Uni , Miss Lo said to me in which I think it's pretty true & Dan went onto reminiscing about his days back in Uni & it was quite funny cos I mean he's working now & with him reminiscing about it , made me sound really young & him sound really old ahaha & there was an incident that he persuaded his lecturer to change his grade which was initally D- to B++ wahaha . Now that's impressive & yup what a stroke of magic that was.

Not saying that he's old & all cos he definitely doesn't look like his age but hey what can I say ? I was saying that I'm rubbish at English & recounted the numerous rather amusing incidents that took place during the 1st sem Eng wise , in that I seriously thought that I would get a lousy grade overall for Eng 1 but turned out that I scored a B & also in actual fact I knew my results 2 weeks before the actual release date.

I was telling Dan on my 1st reaction when I saw all the grades on the net & just like ET , he wasn't really that surprised on the grades that I got & both guys sang the same tune .

He's happy on how my life has turned out to be & it's fanastic that my life has changed a lot in good ways or another for the past 2 years or so .

I know ET & Dan for quite a while now & it's amazing & I'm really blessed on the support that I get from both guys , especially Dan cos he has been there & done that so he's able to provide me with lots of great sound advice & it's like a case of an older/elder brother looking out for his younger sister which I think it's great cos you know I always wanted an elder brother since young so yeah. & after I left , I SMS'd him to thank him & he replied back with something nice & really sweet , SMS content wise :)

I wouldn't be meeting up with Dan again anytime soon cos I know next week he's going on holiday with Jacq (in which he deserves to cos anytime now he will be burnt out at work) & by the time he returned back to S'pore , I will be holidaying in Genting & wouldn't be back til the new year but still it's always good to catch up with a good friend .

Attention people , I officially have a new member in the family & he , or should I say it , is the most adorable & lovely mini octopus around .

*drumroll* ladies & gent , may I present you , Octako :

Isn't Octako cute with a capital C ? :) :) I bought it eariler when Hui Li & I went shopping at IMM & it's just too cute beyond words & you can purchase it at all good Mini Toons shops & it's a handphone holder & Octako's sitting comfortably in my room now .

& of course I just have to take its pics for everyone to see the most tiny pin sized octopus around & I'm gonna spoil him rotten to bits as of today !

& wow , Maggie , you received my huge bumper crop of xmas pressies yesterday . My god , that's really speed fast delivery from Sing Post & yup yours's the package that cost me S$18.85 haha & f.y.i , I sent yours just last Thurs :O

Madness but like what I said on MySpace , don't thank me . Thank the bands that made all this possible & so happy that you love what I sent you !

Wow oh wow just now kidscentral aired possibly 1 of the greatest Power Rangers episodes ever & I was so happy when Forever Red was aired just now !

In case you're wondering why Forever Red's so special , well that's bcos' it's an episode of Power Rangers Wild Force, commemorating the first 10 years of Power Rangers. While airing a year short of the actual 10th anniversary of the show, Wild Force is the 10th series in the Power Rangers franchise.

& 10 red rangers were gathered together specially for Forever Red & I think it's fanastic bringing back the past & present red rangers of the whole Power Rangers franchise.

Too bad the only red ranger that was missing in action was Steve Cardenas who played Rocky in MMPR aka he took over Jason's after his character went to a peace summit in Switzerland cos Steve retired from acting . Damn what a shame cos I used to like Rocky back then.

The ten Red Rangers featured, in order of appearance in Power Rangers continuity were:

- Aurico (David Bacon) of Mighty Morphin Alien Rangers

I was feeling all deja vu when the original red ranger Jason & Tommy returned back on TV after being on Mighty Morphin Power Rangers , the original McCoy series that they were 1st featured on & I remembered I used to have big crushes on both of them when I was really young , around 7 or so . I still do at this point in time.

& Tommy is probably like a legend in the Power Ranger series & I used to fancy the hell outta him when he 1st started out as the evil green ranger & then eventually he turned good & then he went onto becoming the white ranger & becoming the leader of the pack , overthrowing Jason's position .

Jason David Frank's character Tommy has come a long way if you ask me & he still looks good after 10 long years & his most recent appearance in the Power Rangers Franchise was Power Rangers Dino Thunder . I still prefer him with slightly long hair from his MMPR days though haha . The short look he spotted nowadays , it's a bit weird but ah well & no I don't like him as the red Zeo ranger.

Austin St John's character Jason's the original red ranger who started it all & he pratically sets the standard for the rest of the red rangers of the Power Rangers franchise & he's da man although eariler when I watched Forever Red , Jason was a bit atas towards Cole hmm in that Jason ribbed Cole to be "the new guy" of the group.

& of course Daniel Southworth's character Eric's still hot as ever haha & so's Jason Faunt's character Wes too & the strangest thing's that I never caught Zeo ,Turbo , Space & Lost Galaxy but Christopher Khayman Lee's character Andros's pretty cute.

It was a fab episode , possibly 1 of the best that I caught if you ask me & at the end of the episode , all 10 of them parted ways and Cole remarks how Tommy appeared to be the "greatest Ranger," with the others good-naturedly refuting the claim & Eric makes reference to his zord and Tommy's Dragonzord, saying, "My Q-Rex would've eaten his Dragonzord for lunch!" ehehehe I thought that's really cute of Eric to say that.

Cos Dragonzord was Tommy's very very 1st zord way back in MMPR so that's why that statement was made . Heh what can I say ? Power Rangers rule !

So round 2 of LIME Sonic Bang mayhem took place eariler on today & what better way to kick off the eariler set of gigs than to go to enjoy today's lineup of acts's performances with my cousin Bao Sui !

She wanted to tag along with me yesterday but she had something on so she couldn't make it . Around 4pm or so , I left the house & walked all the way to my paternal grandparents's house as she was already waiting for me & then her mum drove the both of us to Heeren using my uncle's pick up truck .

We reached Heeren around 5pm or so & I wanted to go to HMV again to pick up a copy of local band Concave Scream's latest CD called Horizons cos yesterday night I forgot to do so -.- I also bought Vanessa Hudgens's debut album V . You might remember her best as the main actress of the hit movie , the Disney Channel Original Movie High School Musical.

& then we made our way to Cathay Cineleisure Orchard (CCO) & I was feeling a bit hungry now cos eariler I didn't really had lunch as I got up late today + I was watching the encore of Japanese Hour that was aired on ChannelNewsAsia so there.

Initally wanted to go to PastaMania for some late lunch/early dinner but eventually we landed up at this place called Chicago Steakhouse & it is a nice cosy place & the ambience is pretty good too.

Went to order a soup , a starter & the main course . I had a cream of mushroom soup , ordered a basket of calamari & for the main course , I had a plate of Prawn Olio & the funny thing is that I thought the Prawn Olio , it will come with bits & pieces of prawns just like how PastaMania does theirs but it came with 4 pieces of rather big prawns with the shell , head everything all intact so I had no choice but to deshell them but they were not fresh though . Ah well but the Prawn Olio was really good & kick ass & spicy hot ! & they are really generous with giving me lots of garlic in the pasta too !

Around this time , I SMS'd Dan asking what time Electrico will be playing later on at the LIME Sonic Bang & he said that they will take the stage around 8ish or so & it was ok with me as I wanna be around the VIP area much much earlier as I wanted to catch Astreal live once again & also other acts too.

Left CCO around 6.30pm or so & around this time , 987DJ Daniel Ong was already onstage warming the crowd up & I think compared to yesterday , the turnout for today was slightly more enthusiastic .

In fact compared to yesterday , I caught more acts performing onstage as yesterday I only saw a few in the form of StrikeForce , Project Superstar 2 Finalists , Imran , Elsa , Lunarin & also S'pore Idol runner up Jonathan Leong.

The LIME Sonic Bang performances started at around 6.45pm or so & the 1st act that took the stage was JamX 2006 winners Dubious Brothers & they played old school rock & they loved The Rolling Stones's music.

& around this time , we went to the right side of the stage which were surrounded by barriers & security guards aka the VIP area cos the left side of the VIP area , the space were all taken up by lots of cameramen so had no choice but to go to the other side of the stage.

Could tell from their music & they are pretty good I should say . Dubious Brothers did Little Miss Judy & Long Straightline . After that Serenaide came onstage & they used to have 5 members but now they have 6 .

I kinda know the violinist of Serenaide aka Natalie cos she played the violin in 2 of Lunarin's tracks in their debut album aka in Silverpiece & The Chrysalis & in Sept , she played with Lunarin at their acoustic gig at the StompCast gig that took place at library@orchard & she's a nice person & it was cool seeing her & the rest of Serenaide onstage performing eariler.

They did Sofa Series & The Girl From Katong . For me , just like Lunarin before , I only heard their name but nothing more but I was glad to be able to catch Serenaide's performance just now . I like their music , it is really good & sing a long too . I heard of The Girl From Katong before , only the title that's but nothing more as usual but just now was able to heard the song being done live so it is nice !

Followed that , it was newcomer Erick Guansing & he's from The Philippines but now he's a PR in S'pore & he's pretty good looking & boyish . Some people in the crowd went wild when they saw him in person haha . He did covers of Stand By Me & Can't Take My Eyes Off You . His reditions are pretty decent , at least he did justice to the originals & also somehow or another , his take on these songs , he injected a breathe of fresh air to them , with influences of soul & pop . Nifty job Erick took !

After Erick , it is the 1 & only Force Vomit ! Linda told me yesterday night that Force Vomit has been even around & longer than Lunarin & she's right . Force Vomit has been around since '93 & they played punk rock music . & just like Serenaide , I only heard of Force Vomit's name & nothing more but was so glad to be able to get a glimpse of their performance .

& wow they were really rocking & kick ass ! Didn't managed to get a hold of the song titles but they did 2 songs & it sounded pretty good & it was only later on that I recongised 1 of the members in Force Vomit , Wan who also plays the drums in Astreal !

In which after Force Vomit left the stage , it was Astreal's turn to rock things out onstage & 1 of the perks being in the VIP area was that I managed to get a bird eye's view to the acts that're performing & I realised that for bands with instruments & all , it's a rather big pro but for those solo acts such as Erick & yesterday's Elsa & Jonathan Leong , it's a rather big con cos the stage's designed to be a big I shape so most of the acts went all the way up to the front so I basically just see the back of them only . Just something I thought I should point out.

So anyway , like what I was saying , Astreal came onstage & they did 3 songs . They did fanastic rocking reditions of Projektion (Reprise) , This's Dormant & Snowflake . Was hoping that they will do the song that made me sit up & take notice of them aka Lover & The Sea but they didn't do it live . Ah well hopefully next time & nope , I didn't got the chance to meet them backstage after all aww . Maybe I will go up & say hi to Astreal at the next gig then.

But still , fab performance Astreal gave eariler & you should get their 2nd album , Fragments Of The Same Dead Star which's out in all good CD stores now . If you're into indie/rock/shoeglaze/alternative music , you will love their music.

& after that , it was my guys & girl Electrico that went onstage to get ready & they did a mini quick soundcheck on the spot cos I think they didn't had the time to do a soundcheck eariler in the afternoon cos they were performing at Zoukout yesterday at Sentosa , 1am to be precise & as usual , was nice to see everyone performed onstage again .

I was at the right side of the stage but I managed to say hi to Des onstage who was getting ready with his gear & all . He saw me 1st & I waved to him & he followed suit . Dan was at the left side together with Amanda .

After they did their mini quick soundcheck , finally Electrico showed everyone who's da boss & what better way to kick start their set with Electricorp. which was brilliant & great when it's being done live .

Followed by my personal fave Teenage Queen & they closed the set with Love In New Wave & yes this time , Dan did more jumping than Des haha . Surprisely , Des moved around lesser than last Sat's gig at Science Centre & Dave wasn't as stoned as before . Dave moved around a bit more but wah , Dan was really da man . He was jumping everywhere onstage with his lead guitar haha

Even Bao Sui was asking me who was that dude who was doing all the jumping onstage heh heh

Although they had a bit of problem with the sound , in that I couldn't hear Dan's lead guitar that much , still , the set they did was good considering that they did a soundcheck on the spot , that's pretty something.

& before that , Saha SMS'd me asking me where I was exactly but unfortunately I didn't saw him after Electrico's set ended so Saha , if you're reading this , apologises but hope you had fun just now !

So after their set finished , I asked Bao Sui to follow me to the other side of the stage cos I told Dan that I will find him backstage after they finished & just outside the venue , I saw Leonard , said hi to him for a while & introduced him to Bao Sui & asked him how was Zoukout & all.

I waited for a while & eventually me & Bao Sui went backstage cos I had backstage passes & before that from outside , I already saw everyone packing up their gear & all . I went inside & said hi to everyone but unfortunately everyone was busy here & there packing everything up so only small talk were made.

I said hi to Dan 1st followed by Dave , Amanda & Will . Didn't saw Des until a while later on & introduced everyone to Bao Sui & haha rock star moment alert in that Bao Sui shook their hands when I introduced her to the guys except Dan .

Soon after , they left to get something to eat I think so we went outside to catch the next act performing aka Saw Loser .

They used to be known as Pug Jelly but bcos of internal issues & all , they were disbanded & reformed to become Saw Loser & umm.. honestly , I preferred Pug Jelly's material as it seemed to me that Saw Loser's material is somehow a bit weaker & less catchier than before but have to admit that they really know how to work the crowd up & yup was the 1st time seeing them live in performance.

They did Mr Know It All & Big Shot & somehow , I'm not feeling Saw Loser's music . I could be wrong but I probably should listen to their music more before I said anything more about them then.

Around this time , Dan & the rest came back after doing their stuff . They went onto packing the reminding gear that they had & then Des came & walked past me . Said hi to him again & introduced him to Bao Sui for a short while .

& then Dan come outside of backstage & he loaded the gear into his car which was packed outside the venue . I went up to him & we talked for a bit , asked him how Zoukout went & he said that the sound system was really good but the crowd was mayhem.

They only started playing their set at 1am , a full set aka 45 mins long & after they packed & moved everything to the hotel , it was already 4am ! Man no wonder everyone looked a bit zombie like eariler onstage . Dude get some well deserved sleep lah !

Yup it was nice to see everyone again eariler . Introduced Dan to Bao Sui who was lurking near me & it was cool , Bao Sui finally got to meet Dan in person haha & was telling Dan that Hui Li didn't came cos she wanted to watch Star Awards -.-

Before he & the rest left to go back to outside of CCO to get interviewed by MTV & doing a LIME interview or 2 , I asked him whether can I stopped by his workplace somewhere next week cos I want to pass him some things before the rest leave for KL on Friday & he said sure woo hoo & before that , he thanked me in coming to catch Electrico's performance . No big dude , a pleasure !

So after he left , me & Bao Sui hanged outside the venue where the LIME Sonic Bang was taking place . She called her mum to pick us up & then we walked towards CCO & I saw Electrico & Elsa doing an interview for MTV . I think it might be broadcast on Pop Inc in the days/weeks to come .

After that was done , I went up to Dan & told him that Bao Sui & I are making our way back to Heeren so I said my goodbye's to him & yup probably will be meeting Dan real soon at his workplace then . See whether will he be free or not in the days to come . I hope so .

Waited for Bao Sui's mum a while & then we landed up just opposite my house where there's a whole stretch of restaurants were located at & I had lots of Roti Prata with curry & a cup of Milo Dinosaur , damn shiok .

I can't take a lot of spicy food as my tolerance for it's quite low so eariler had a mistake of asking for fish curry ! so I switched the curry that Bao Sui had with mine & hers's more nicer & less spicer & then her mum sent me back home.

Overall , as compared to yesterday & today's LIME Sonic Bang , today was a bit of a letdown . I don't know why but yesterday was extremely & more fun probably bcos' I had more fun with Lunarin before & after their performance & it has nothing to do with the music that was being offered but in general , I had a great time partying at LIME Sonic Bang but to be fair , sound & performances wise , today's better . Yesterday's sound system wasn't so good.

I should do it again at next year's LIME Sonic Bang then if you ask me !

Woo had an awesome rocking time at yesterday's LIME Sonic Bang & this's only Round 1 ! Round 2's happening later on but let me give you the gross as to what happened yesterday night .

But before that , happy belated b'day to Yee Ma who turned older & wiser yesterday :)

Ok so I left the house at 3.30pm right after I caught the new episode of Totally Spies aka The Suavest Spy & oh my god , I'm in love again haha . Why ? Read the synopsis to find out :

"Jerry calls the girls to WOOHP to give them an urgent mission. It appears that a longtime nemesis, Kyle Katz, an ultra suave, ultra intelligent, teenage jewel heist expert is up to his old tricks again. When they receive the dossier on Katz, the spies are shocked to discover that he is amazingly handsome! Goodness , Kyle's very very HOT & just like what the synopsis mentioned , ultra suave , ultra intelligent & he's BLONDE somemore ! AHHH & I swear during the 1/2 hour of the show , my eyes were all on him ahaha . So I guess Dean has some tough competition in the male front of Totally Spies then heh & for a villian , Kyle's extremely smart/sly/cunning but handsome !!!

& there's a scene in the episode where Clover & Kyle were flirting outrageously while dancing in a magnificient ballroom . Come to think about it , I'm gonna watch the encore of The Suavest Spy next Sun , I don't care haha !

See that's the thing , I can't stop falling in love...

ANYHOO , like what I was saying , I left the house at 3.30pm cos inital plan was to help Lunarin's roadie Tim to sell merchanise at the LIME Flea Market which's taking place from 1-9pm on both Sat & Sun.

However , when I reached *escape around 4.30pm , I was looking though the area , almost 100 stalls were hovering there but I was unable to find Tim & the rest of the guys & girl so I called Tim up & turned out that the rest were late so he asked me to wait for him outside Cathay Cineleisure Orchard (CCO).

After I hang up , before that , I on the Bluetooth in my phone cos Nokia were giving away free downloads in conjunction with LIME Sonic Bang if you have Bluetooth in your phone so I just on it for fun & haha I managed to download this :

Thought it's really nice & I think the pic's ok what , don't see the fuss about it .

I met Tim a while later on & he passed me the LIME goodie bag in which you have to present the Dec issue of it in order to redeem it at the counter & honestly , the goodie bag's very lame lah , nothing but vouchers & such.

Was nice to see Tim again & then he called Linda up asking where she's & to meet & all . So eventually I ended up going to Long John Silvers & haha this's the funny part cos the 3 of them were just in front of us & me & Tim were at the back so I was running towards them so it was pretty cute .

Was lovely to see the 3 of them again as usual & I passed Linda a bag of their xmas pressies so in short , 2 bags are cleared & 2 more bags to clear haha . Cos around this time , it was outta the way cos neither have the time to sell the merchanise nor go to somewhere far as Lunarin have to go backstage to get ready by 6.45pm so it was either ET or Y that suggested to go to The Coffee Connoisseur (TCC) then everyone was like ok lor & mind you , I haven't been inside TCC YET :O . Yeah I know I'm such a nook

On the way up to TCC , made small talk with Linda & ooh she changed her phone again , it looked really good .

Once we reached TCC , everyone sat a particular place & proceeded onto ordering drinks & sandwiches . I didn't ordered anything to eat cos I wasn't hungry but wah , Y & ET behaved like hyenas or something haha so they ordered drinks & sandwiches to eat while me , Linda & TIm just ordered drinks .

& here comes a funny part in that the waitress that served us , you know what's her name ? Ariel ! hahaha so I was nudging the other 4 when Ariel was taking down our orders so it was pretty strange yet weird then we started laughing . People if you don't understand what's so funny about this inside joke , that's bcos Ariel's a song that can be found in Lunarin's The Chrysalis album , track 6 to be precise & I tell you , the acoustic version of Ariel is fucking awesome .

TCC was playing music that's not in my generation cos the songs that they played , I only can recongise 2 in the form of Red Hot Chili Peppers's Under The Bridge & Metallica's Nothing Else Matters . Finally I managed to hear the original version of Nothing Else Matters cos UK singer/songwriter Lucie Silvas did a fanastic redition of this song & she's a great under-rated musician .

Suddenly I feel so young cos I realised that whatever songs that TCC was playing , I don't know the artistes & all but the other 3 knew so it was pretty cute .

& then a song from this band called White Snake , started blaring in TCC & Y was mimic-ing some strange antic movements & it was so funny , even ET stopped eating his sandwiches for a sec as the stuff that Y was doing , it was quite disturbing haha & before that , ET & Y opened up the pressies that I gave them & it's a mini cute snowglobe inside all 4 boxes . :) Even their roadie Tim got 1 too leh . See I'm too kind , I know I'm not shy haha

Linda was worried that they will screw up later on when they're performing cos yesterday's soundtrack , pratically everything went wrong so was crossing fingers that nothing wrong will happened .

& I took this when I was in TCC , pretty interesting :

The pic reads : "Latte" is the Italian word for "Milk" . So if you request for a Lattle in Italy , you will be served a glass of Milk .

Everyone 'rotted' in TCC til 6.30pm & Y went to order another drink & he's quite cartoon cos when his 2nd drink came , there was whipped cream on top & he went onto removing the whipped cream cos he was saying that it has trans fats & he gave everyone a 'lecture' as to why trans fats's bad , where it can be found & etc .

I swear ET was all O.O when Y was going on & on & on about it . Adio , so it's really true that Y's a vainpot cos he's worried about getting fat & was lecturing about ET in that he need to exercise more etc & etc . I already know from Linda that Y's a vainpot but I didn't expect that he's that vain !

Y was telling ET that he should exercise more & probably should jog to work from his house . Wah lau , like that can be accomplished seeing that ET's gonna move to the West side of S'pore next year so this means that should ET wanna do such a thing , he has to get up at 1am & jog all the way to his office from his new home then haha .

Then around this time , we realised that the waiters had a change in shift cos we didn't see Ariel LOL cos now , all the waiters are males . All the females have left the building

Left TCC around 6.30pm cos have to go to the car park to collect all the gear from Linda's car & when passing by , saw a huge billboard of LIME Sonic Bang & I was pointing to ET about it & was asking him whether is it strange seeing his pic plastered on there & it's quite funny cos at this point in time , I find that I can relate & talk to ET better & more than Y .

Went to the car park & here's the gross icky part cos when Linda opened up her car boot , the right side , we saw something gross in that a cockroach was crushed ! EEW it was so disgusting & Linda went onto fliming it using her phone haha

& in comes Y the CC aka cockroach controller haha & he's quite cute in that he used a plastic bag in his right hand & asked Linda to pass him tissues to clean the disgusting parts . Don't know how the hell a cockroach managed to get crushed in Linda's carboot , of all places & the strange bit was that no blood was there . Y was saying that roaches don't have blood , only bug juice . Erm right -.-

I didn't carried any of their gears cos I was worried that I will strained my back again so we were off to *escape & around this time , the performances were about to start & the skies didn't looked good as it was quite overcast so was praying hard that it wouldn't rain or else the event will basically be washed out .

All except me , went backstage cos they had backstage tags so I had no choice but to wait around where the barriers were . Tim came out soon after & we went into the VIP area where the stage were cos he's 1 lucky dude lah in that he won a pair of VIP tickets & he's so kind , he gave 1 to me aww & the left & right sections of the arena were cornered off with barriers aka it's the VIP area & was quite heavily guarded with security guards .

I showed the VIP pass to the guards & we were in there in no time ! Around this time , StrikeForce just finished their set & today's emcee was 987 DJ Daniel Ong . Was the 1st time seeing Daniel Ong in the flash & around this time , the Project Superstar 2 Finalists were brought out .

The 6 ladies were brought out 1st for a while , followed by the 6 guys & I have to say that the VIP sections are not necessary glamarous cos the way that the stage's being designed , it's not that good so view wise , I can't really get a good close up of the Project Superstar 2 Finalists as they were right in front . Unless it's a band performing & all , then yes there's a good view & they should do something about the lighting as it's very dark & it's only until an artiste finished their peformances then the lights will come on so that's probably an aspect that LIME should work on improving for next year's Sonic Bang then.

& I poked my head though looking roughly how backstage looked like , it looked really horrible & unglam so that's another issue that LIME could work on improving too .

All 12 of them were decked out in white & soon after the 6 guys left the stage , all of them came back onstage & performed a song which was only 2 mins long or so . Tim was saying that they might be lip-synching , I think so too .

Hui Li called me saying that she already recorded the phone interview that Linda did with Soo & it was only 2 mins long -.- but it's better than nothing I guess .

After that , Elsa came onstage to perform with her backup band & she did 3 songs , all original compositions in the form of The Cloud Song , her debut single Drift that can be found in the Cancer Warriors CD & Distance . Looking forward to the release of her debut album.

I like her sound , it's pop/rock but it's more leaning towards the rockish side & she has a great voice & around this time , I was tip-toe-ing to where the sound system was being managed & I saw Leonard there manning the sound.

After Elsa's set , in comes another local artiste Imran . He's a Malay singer & he did Compromise & Malu . I never heard of Imran before but I think he sang pretty well & besides , the Malays in the crowd were going gaga over him haha & he's pretty tall & good looking so that's something .

& finally , Lunarin took the stage & while Imran was being interviewed by Daniel Ong , they all went onstage to get ready & plugged in the gear , everything & Lunarin went onto rocking the stage up with their brand of music .

Although they only did 2 songs , it was fanastic & worth the wait . They kicked off with a very rocking & fanastic redition of Absolution which was awesome when it's done live & then it was followed by their new song , MIDAS in which Tim said that it sounded like Dry Part 2 but no lah , I don't think so .

I can't see any simliarties between Dry & MIDAS & it's the debut of Linda's Thunderbird bass guitar . It looked really fanastic & was the 1st time seeing Lunarin doing a rocked out show as the 1st gig that I caught of them during the StompCast gig at library@orchard , that was an acoustic gig but man they rocked out at LIME Sonic Bang !

I know from Fuzz & Tim that whenever they do shows , they were loud & yup it's true . In fact they were 2x times as loud as Elsa's set haha

MIDAS's fucking awesome & they did 3 solos in between of the song & funny man , Y was quite stoned & rooted to the ground -.- but even though it was the 1st time I heard MIDAS , I could tell that it's 1 heck of a great track !

& the place where me & Tim were staying , there was a group of Malays who were headbanging to Lunarin's music . I'm not sure if they're doing that for the sake of doing it but oh well

After Lunarin's set was done , Tim went backstage to help them while I waited outside . Around this time , S'pore Idol runner up Jonathan Leong came onstage to do a few short takes on Matchbox20's If You're Gone & Snow Patrol's Chasing Cars & he's even more taller than I thought in real life !

There were other acts performing as well such as West Grand Boulevard , Ronin , Futon & S'pore Idol winner Hady Mirza but I didn't caught their performances cos I was looking out for Lunarin outside via backstage in trying to figure out when they finished packing up their gear & all .

Around this time , it started to rain a bit but it was ok at least it didn't dampen my spirits & then Lunarin made their way outside & I went with them but not before I saw Leonard outside where the sound system was & walked to where he's to say hi for a bit before telling him that I will see him today cos I was in a rush seeing that I was hanging out with Lunarin so hopefully he understands :)

Had to lug back all the gear back to Linda's carboot so after that was done , went to Cheers cos ET wanted to drink something & wah , Cheers was so crowded , madness & before we went to the car park , I saw S'pore Idol finalist Paul Twohill . He was near the lift with some people.

After that was done , went back to *escape field cos LIME wanted them to take a pic or 2 in writing some b'day messages on the billboards spaces that were allocated & honestly , the pics that LIME choose aka Dec cover issue in which Fergie's on cover , is not very nice . They should have gotten like a black canvas or something cos it was quite difficult for Lunarin to write messages on there & haha , Y was writing his on Fergie's right arm cos they don't want to violate Fergie who's on cover LOL

Was the 1st time seeing an on the spot photo shoot being done & it's nothing special to speak about & not very glam too.

After the photo shoot cum writing b'day messages was wrapped up , we went to 1 side of CCO to decide where & what to do next cos Linda's car can't accomodate everyone & the guys wanted to grab a beer or 2 & some chow so eventually we landed up at Heeren's Vila'ge which used to be where Marche was located at .

Once we reached there , wah , there were quite a lot of people so I told Linda that I wanted to go upstairs where HMV's cos I wanted to buy Astreal's Fragments Of The Same Dead Star cos even though I already have a copy , I went to buy another again cos there's something wrong with the disc in that track no1 Projektion kept on skipping a beat or 2 .

The section where local/regional music's at , it's at level 2 so I quickly hurried or else I might be left behind & woo lucky me , there was only 1 copy of Astreal's CD left . Spotted Ronin's Do Or Die , it cost S$28.50 but didn't saw Lunarin's though .

Luckily I made it back just in time , was about to go in with everyone & Vila'ge's concept is exactly the same as Marche so nothing special to speak about but surprisely , the place's packed considering that it was around 8-9pm or so when we were finally seated.

Damn shiok , who would have thought that I will be having coffee with Lunarin before their gig & dinner with them post gig haha

Tim & Y went to order 4 1.5L glasses of beer . All of them drink except me & Linda was so kind , she asked me to order anything I want . A bit paiseh lah but I ordered things that will bore little or less damage in the bill front haha .

She went to order fried calamari but they ran outta it so had to settle for tempura soft shell crab while ET & I went to get plates of Rosti (swiss fried potato cake) at the other side of Vila'ge & haha , was telling ET that Y wouldn't dare to eat the Rosti seeing that he's scared of trans fats & somemore , ET asked for a fried egg topped with his Rosti too wah & both plates come with sour cream too & folks , sour cream's healthy :) .

I went onto ordering a cream of mushroom soup with bread while ET went onto ordering a bowl of mushrooms , beanspourts , tomatoes that were drenched in black pepper sauce & wah the sauce's damn kicking & extremely good .

While eating , the 3 of them except Tim went onto reminiscing their old secondary/JC life & oh god we laughed til silly & until I almost cannot take it anymore . With them reminiscing their school days , didn't realised that they had eccentric teachers & students alike but it was so funny , you should have been there to witness the commotion & mayhem & has been a while since I laughed so much too.

& of all things we talked about , is Borat haha . Linda was mimic-ing some stuff that Borat says in the movie & both ET & Y were following suit haha damn hilarious & soon after , Y was going on in another session of his lecturing , about the type of gear they should be getting/using , jamming & etc .

ET tried his best to listen but I think that didn't worked haha . Everyone was inside Vila'ge for almost 2 hours or so before we left the place . It was almost 10.30pm when I stepped outside Heeren & Linda suggested that I take a cab home but eventually I didn't & instead I took a bus back home .

& on the way back to CCO's cark park , I talked to ET for a while in that I'm gonna start school again next month & that I'm worried . He told me not to worry so much & try to enjoy the reminding last few moments in school before I come into the working world & he said that I striked him as someone who's hardworking , diligent & has an ability to cram hard a few days before exams/tests . Aww that's so nice of him to say that :) seeing after I told him about the grades I got in my 1st semester in Uni . ET said that he wasn't surprised on the good grades that I got man wahaha

We went back to CCO's car park to get Tim's bag & that's when we said our goodbye's cos Linda's car cannot accomodate everyone so Tim & me were left out haha but no lah , it's bcos' everyone's gear were inside her carboot & at the back of her car + they live in the East side while I live in the West side of S'pore so it will be quite bothersome but still was a nice gesture from Linda in that she wanted to send me home but it's ok .

Linda gave me a hug before me &Tim left the place & I waved bye bye to her , Y & ET . & then me & Tim walked all the way to the bus stop opposite Hotel Phoniex & on the way there , talked to him on his plans & what he plans to do after NS . His bus came quite fast so I told him to run for it & he did haha before I said goodbye to him .

I waited nearly 15 mins for my bus to come cos I missed it & around this time , I called back home telling them that my night of partying just ended & soon after , I SMS'd everyone thanking them on allowing me to hang out with them & I didn't reached home til 11.55pm & Linda SMS'd me back telling her to send her love to Electrico & Astreal tonight in which I will gladly do that !

Overall , round 1 of LIME Sonic Bang mayhem was superb & hella fun . Always the after gig effects were the major highlights & I would definitely love to do it all over again at the next Lunarin gig & look out for round 2 of LIME Sonic Bang mayhem coming real soon where I will be catching performances of Astreal , Electrico & somemore later on tonight.

Hopefully I will get to meet Astreal backstage upclose & personal later on , fingers crossed !

Once again , thanks a lot to the lovely guys & girl of Lunarin aka Linda , ET & Y and their roadie Tim for making all this possible for yesterday night . You guys are great to hang out with , let's do it again next time !

Not bad for a day filled with fun fun & more fun & it's exactly 1 more month before I turned 20 , what a sight ain't it ?
